We primarily designed the Vision Camera app for mobile devices. However, you can also use it on iPads and Android tablets. To use the app on a tablet, you must have a stable internet connection, either through wifi or cellular data. Without an internet connection, you won't be able to download the app, access your inspection, or complete the inspection.

If you encounter an error message, as shown in the image below, which says, "This app is available only on the App Store for iPhone," it is likely that you're using the Brave browser on an iPad. The security features of this browser can cause problems with our smartlinks. You can try copying and pasting the link into Safari or Chrome on your iPad. You should then be able to access your inspection through the SmartLink.
