If you are encountering a problem where you click on the Truepic Vision smartlink from your smart device and it requests you to log in, please try the following:

  • Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
  • Go to the App Store (if on an Apple device) or Google Play store (if on an Android device) and ensure you have the latest app update for the Truepic Vision app. This should allow you to access the screen where you can paste in the link you received via text or email.
  • Some wifi routers block the technology we use to forward you to your inspection via smartlink, so you may need to turn off the wifi for this to work. Switch between wifi or cellular data on your device and try again.
  • If iCloud Private Relay is on while clicking the link, this issue can occur. To check, if you are on an iPhone or iPad, please go to the Settings app on that device, then click your name at the top of the list. Once there, click iCloud, then scroll down to find Private Relay. If it is on, please momentarily turn it off, go click the link you were sent, get through the 3 tutorial screens to the list of questions, and then you may turn iCloud Private Relay back on if you desire.
  • If you have a VPN enabled, try turning that off and uninstalling the Truepic Vision app. Then, tap the link in the text message or email again. It should prompt you to install the app and access your inspection request.
  • If you use the Brave browser or DuckDuckGo, our smartlink doesn't support these browsers. Please copy and paste the full smartlink URL into Chrome or Safari on your device.
  • If you have a third-party security app, a content filtering app, or one with DNS filtering, please try deactivating it and uninstalling the Truepic Vision app. Then, tap the link in the text message or email again. It should prompt you to install the app and access your inspection request.

If you still encounter this issue after trying these steps, please submit a support ticket. Let us know the make and model of your device (for example, Samsung Galaxy S9+). We will help get this resolved for you.
