We have recently updated inspection smartlinks. If you have an inspection link that begins with truepicvision.com and it does not work, look for an updated email or text message with a new link that begins with visionbytruepic.com. 

If you didn't receive an updated link, you can still begin your inspection.

  1. Locate your inspection url, which begins with truepicvision.com/ followed by an 11-digit alphanumeric ID.
  2. Replace the word truepicvision with visionbytruepic.
    As an example, truepicvision.com/abc12345678 becomes visionbytruepic.com/abc12345678
  3. Visit that new url in your mobile browser.

If you've clicked on your inspection link before and have already installed the Vision Camera app, you may return to the Vision Camera app directly to complete your inspection. Once you have opened an inspection in the app for the first time, you do not need to click on the original link in your text message or email to return to it in the app.
